1. Nature of the service
Graphyx ("the sandbox") is a non-commercial, educational clone that recreates the interface of a GPU-compute investment product. It provides no financial service, accepts no funds, and creates no legal or financial relationship with any visitor.
2. No investment, no returns
Nothing on the sandbox constitutes an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to invest. All tiers, rates, balances and "returns" are simulated demo data generated for illustration. No real yield is earned and no principal is ever at stake because no deposit is ever taken.
3. Simulated accounts
Any account created in the sandbox cabinet is a demo account backed by mock data. Do not enter real credentials, payment details, or sensitive personal information.
4. Fictional entities and brands
The operator name, registration details and all partner brands shown are fictional placeholders. Any resemblance to a real company is coincidental and unintended.
5. No warranty
The sandbox is provided "as is" for learning purposes, without warranty of any kind. It may change or disappear at any time.
